Perishable Items (Vegetables, Fruits, Cooked Food) Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered. However, refund/replacement will be provided if: - The product delivered is damaged - Wrong item delivered - Spoiled or poor quality item received Customer must inform us within 2 hours of delivery with proper photo proof. 2. Non-Perishable Items (Packaged Products) Returns are accepted within 24 hours of delivery if: - Item is unused - Item is in original packaging - Wrong or damaged product received 3. Refund Process - Refund will be processed within 3–5 working days after verification. - Refund will be credited to the original payment method. - For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account or UPI. 4. Order Cancellation - Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. - Once the order is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible. 5.
